A Bit About Therapy
Collaborative, Client-Centered Treatment
You won’t find a foot-long list of specialties and every theoretical orientation under the sun listed on my site. I believe in collaborating with my clients to find treatment goals that work for them, where they are- even those who are mandated into treatment. I help my clients recognize when behavior and habits have become harmful and develop an awareness of the big picture that’s been driving them. To determine the best approach for each client- I ask the expert, the client themself. I help clients build on what’s already working for them to identify new solutions and approaches to the challenges that brought them to my door- or Zoom room.
